Pictured is police inspector Yves Montand attempting to discover who the killer is of a woman on the Marseille to Paris express train. The train is painted here centrally with Simone Signoret painted at the foot of the poster in a starring role accompanied by her daughter Catherine Allegret in her debut role. Four very small tears repaired to the reverse with small squares of conservation tape at the mid-left border edge and on the lower left fold line plus a closed tear at the top right border edge.
