Wonderful art – The title style is so similar to that used for the film poster for Marilyn in 1963 – the typography and colour use adds to the style making the film poster the last word on the film. Costume design by Charlotte Flemming. This very popular film poster from 1972 has been displayed many times at the cinema and has multiple pinholes in many areas of the poster. We have applied restoration tape to the reverse to minimise these defects and we have also applied a minor amount of colouring mainly in Liza’s hat.
