United Artists signed Mickey Spillane the former trampoline artist to a four film deal and the novel cover here is pictured here together with Peggie Castle as Charlotte Manning in a provocative pose with photos from the film and artistic paintings of the fight scenes in what was a violent movie for the time. The X certificate is featured in red with the film described as “The Dynamite thriller”. This original first release film poster was printed in England by Stafford & Co. of Netherfield, Nottingham and London.
