In this painting, I wanted to capture the pure joy of wintersomething that often fades as we grow older. Along the way, we seem to lose our love for these simple, playful moments. Even though the children are opponents in a snowball fight, theyre still friends. I hint at that connection by repeating the same colours in their clothing, tying them together visually.
